Litter box was easy to set up and works perfectly!
Everything is perfect.
I have had the Homerunlitter box about a month now. I have been a litter robot owner the past 25 yrs and I can say hands down this one beats litter robot in every category. It’s a little cheaper, much quieter and doesn’t smell at all. Highly recommend over anything else I have used.
Was easy to set up, but connecting to wifi was a chore, once talking to cable company was able to get app to work.
We received the shipment with no problems. Didn’t realize the bottom of the carton was separate from the sides until after lifting it out. We have one big male brown 13# tabby. He had no trouble getting in and out without a step and no trouble using it. Thrilled that it is a hands off machine since we anticipate day trips during retirement. Actually sent back another brand to Amazon once we researched this one. Very satisfied.
Much better than the Robot 3 we are replacing.

It’s only been in use for a few days but loving it. My cats would sling litter all over the mat outside of the last two automatic litter boxes they had. Not an issue anymore and no smell.

I love it but I got a problem. My cat start releasing when his front paw touches the litter. And the result is poop in the floor. Please help me if you have similar Client experience and how they resolve this.

Easy set up seems to be working great.
Cleaning the drum was a little hard. For the price I would like to have gotten tools to clean it easily. And few recommended cleaners to get the job done right.
UPDATE: I was sent a replacement device and the new one is working great. A bit of back and forth with customer service but I am pleased. Worked for a few hours and now it will not scoop and clean and makes a horribly loud knocking noise when attempting to clean. This was supposed to make my life easier but instead I have to spend hours troubleshooting and then wait on a technician from halfway around the world to contact me during their normal business hours. Obviously not impressed at this point.
This litter box is absolutely amazing. What a great buy. Highly recommend it!!!! It's quiet, very spacious and do all the work for you. Worth price you pay. I am very pleased and so is my cat😺😻

This is the best self-cleaning litter box I've purchased!!! My 16 year old baby has tried multiple brands over the years, but none compare (including a certain well-known space-age ball)!!! There is ample room inside, so no worry of my cat exiting the box with some of what should have been left behind. The level of litter is plenty deep for when he decides to make sand castles. The system is super-quiet (most of the time I don't even hear it) and very clean. The step into the litter box does a great job of catching any litter that he tracks when leaving. I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a self-cleaning system!

Works amazing
So far, so good. It was heavy, but was packed and shipped well. Easy to unpack and we took it apart to bring into the house since it was heavy. Very easy to set up and get it working. The cats transitioned to it right away. It is super quiet and does a great job cleaning the litter, refilling and spreading the new litter out. With 2 large cats, we are emptying the waste drawer about every 5 days. With the deoderizer bar and the closed waste drawer, there is no bad smell. I like that it comes with a built in litter refill hopper and that there are multiple safety features to protect the cats. It’s been less than a month that we’ve had ours set up, but love it so far!!
