It generally takes 1-2 business days to process and dispatch orders from the warehouse. In peak periods like holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment. If you haven't received your OTN in 5 business days, please contact us at contact@homerunpet.com and we’ll respond as early as possible.

Address Change Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Changing the address may incur additional fees and is subject to courier restrictions. Please note that not all carriers allow address changes, and even if requested, the change may not be successful.

  • The shipping carrier is automatically determined by our system based on factors such as delivery distance and product attributes. It cannot be manually selected.
  • Orders containing multiple items are usually shipped in separate packages (typically one item per package).
  • Therefore, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid complications or additional costs.

Shipping Limitations

  • The product(s) ordered by you (the “Customer”) will be shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.

    We are unable to ship to certain types of addresses, including but not limited to:

    -Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes)
    -Freight forwarders
    -Warehouses or distribution centers
    -Airports or hotels
    -Military addresses, bases, or restricted military zones

    Orders placed with any of the above address types may be canceled or require an alternative residential or commercial address before shipment can be processed.

  • We cannot ship to a different country than your billing address. The shipping address provided at checkout must match either your residential or business address.

  • We currently only ship within the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states).
    At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other U.S. territories or offshore locations.

    Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of the contiguous United States will be canceled or require an alternative eligible address before fulfillment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.

The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

  • - Incorrect shipping address;
  • - Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address; or
  • - Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g., blockage, civil commotions, riots, mobilization, strikes, lockouts, natural disaster outside human control - severe weather, plague or other epidemics, tornado, storm, hurricane - or any other cause beyond the seller's or carrier's control.)
  • - Customs clearance procedures.

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, special delivery fees administered by your government, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order, and we are unable to estimate those prices for you and are not able to pay those on your behalf.
Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse the shipment because of unexpected import fees, the value of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
