Cancels
We process orders within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@homerunpet.com. If the order has not yet entered processing or has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been processed, shipped, or is already in transit, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
Our trial policy is as follows:

Self-cleaning Litter Box CS106 and Drybo PD135: 90-day trial period

All other main products: 30-day trial period
- Accessories: Not eligible for return. In case of quality issues, please contact customer service for an exchange.
Return & Refund Policy
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
You are welcome to try the product during the trial period. If you decide to return it for reasons not related to product quality:
- The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost. We do not provide a return shipping label.
- All items originally included in the package — including accessories, components, and original packaging — must be returned together.
- Before sending the product back, please provide photos to our customer service team so we can confirm the condition of the item. For Litter Boxes, if the unit has been used, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Please note that for Litter Box CS106 returns, return shipping fees typically range from $90 to $150. If the quoted shipping cost exceeds this range, we recommend consulting an alternative carrier for a more competitive rate.
homerunPET refunds only the product cost, excluding return shipping fees and any applicable cleaning fees.

Refunds
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that the exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
