We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order cancellation is successful, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the item returned and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
