The heater power is 900W at the low setting and 1500W at the high setting; the maximum power of the PI heating film (cat bed) is 60W, with the low setting temperature at 30℃/86℉ and the high setting at 36℃/96.8℉. The cat bed consumes as little as 1 kilowatt-hour of electricity per day.
It is not recommended for cats under three months old to use it. The heater can withstand a weight of 30 kg (66 lbs).
The cat bed is for pets only. Do not sit, stand or place heavy objects on this unit.
A low-temperature burn refers to damage to the deeper layers of the skin caused by prolonged contact with objects warmer than body temperature (such as heat packs or electric blankets).
To prevent your pet from being burned during use, please use the provided plush insulation pad in conjunction with the product.
It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage in order to provide the optimum level of performance.
Always disconnect the power to the appliance by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Turn the heater OFF, unplug it and wait for the heater to cool down.
• Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the heater clean.
• Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
• Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the Heating Element and the switches.
• Do not allow water to run into the interior of the heater as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard.
• For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.
Check the plug and ensure the power cord is securely connected. Place the heater on a flat, stable surface.
Overheating protection has been activated due to high heater temperature.
Ensure the air inlet and outlet are unobstructed, allow the heater to cool down, and then restart it.
The noise is caused by the tip-over protection switch ball. This is a normal occurrence: Avoid vigorously shaking the heater.
