I like the box but my cats seem to LOVE it! Set it up 4 days ago and they’ve used it 141 times 😳 I have multiple cats so a lot of potty time. I love the automatic litter refill, with as many times as my crew go. Being able to adjust the sensitivity for safety is great! I have the litter robot 4 & 5 and I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this automatic box as an equal to or better comparison. Oh delivery was super fast!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A game changer for our Maine Coon cattery! As the owner of Omega Maine Coons, I couldn’t be happier with the HomerunPET robotic litter box! We have adults and kittens throughout our cattery, and our cats easily took to this new addition. Even our five-week-old kittens were able to use the box easily. The size is a standout feature. It’s perfect for our Maine Coons, and all of my adults can comfortably use it. The wider interior makes turning around much easier for a large cat—a real advantage over narrower competing litter boxes. When you have cats with long bodies, substantial frames, and big tails, that extra room makes a difference! For the cattery, the huge waste-storage capacity has made a big difference. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Set up took some time and the part of the video that shows the touch screen isn’t very helpful. Other than that we’re very happy with our purchase and the cats adapted right away.

I bought two of these boxes, and so far they have been great. I have five cats, and it takes a lot to upkeep the manual litter boxes. These take the hassle out 100%. All of the features have worked as advertised, and the safety features have worked flawlessly.

Got this for our ragdoll, he is a big boy at 20lbs, this fits him great! Very happy with it. The system is awesome. Zero issues setting up. The app requires specific location of you, which is weird, so we are not using the app. It work great without it and functions very well. There’s a large lined tray for auto dumping all of the litter which is awesome, and a secondary lined drawer for waste. It’s quiet, cat loves it

This litter box has been life changing! We have been researching them for years and the Homerunpet popped up in my newsfeed recently. From our research, they look to be a relatively new player in the automated litter box game. We finally decided to give it a try and I wish we would have found them sooner. Setup is a breeze, took about 30 minutes including taking down the old box and cleaning up the area. It holds a decent amount of litter in the reservoir and in the internal area. We haven’t put the old litter function to use yet, so I may update this after we do. There are just a couple of things I’d make different. First is the height. You have to purchase the step if you don’t already have something similar. Second, is the bags. They seem very proprietary in size. I could buy them on Amazon for the same price as the homerunpet website but the website offers a small subscription discount. I don’t think I have it in me to worry about that because not having to scoop litter is worth its weight in gold. If you’re on the fence, jump off it and order one now!

I have had the Homerunlitter box about a month now. I have been a litter robot owner the past 25 yrs and I can say hands down this one beats litter robot in every category. It’s a little cheaper, much quieter and doesn’t smell at all. Highly recommend over anything else I have used.
Was easy to set up, but connecting to wifi was a chore, once talking to cable company was able to get app to work.
We received the shipment with no problems. Didn’t realize the bottom of the carton was separate from the sides until after lifting it out. We have one big male brown 13# tabby. He had no trouble getting in and out without a step and no trouble using it. Thrilled that it is a hands off machine since we anticipate day trips during retirement. Actually sent back another brand to Amazon once we researched this one. Very satisfied.
Much better than the Robot 3 we are replacing.

It’s only been in use for a few days but loving it. My cats would sling litter all over the mat outside of the last two automatic litter boxes they had. Not an issue anymore and no smell.

I love it but I got a problem. My cat start releasing when his front paw touches the litter. And the result is poop in the floor. Please help me if you have similar Client experience and how they resolve this.
