I love how fast my order gets to me everytime and the price is very reasonable.
I had to also replace the pump as the old sponge had disintegrated and locked up the pump. Everything is running smoothly now.

It was definitely the motor that needed replacing. I plugged it in and it works! So happy to not have to buy another fountain!
My cat was a bit confused at first, but is all for it now, it's exceptionally quiet. We use pre filtered water in it and I really like that you can top it off by just slowly pouring water from a pitcher into the top instead of having to pull it apart.

I have 2 cats. Having the filter water helps keep the hairballs under control - as well as dust. Nice to know the cats have clean water.

It works well!
I don’t even remember buying the brush! But I’m sure glad I did! It’s perfect for all those difficult to reach places. I don’t know why I’d did. T “buy” it sooner!
Very quick shipping, perfect product, perfect transaction
The filters work great. The best part is the fountain itself. Hands down the best fountain we’ve had; easy to clean, functions quietly, and looks nice. The filters are easy to change and seem to last the full month that we use them. I’d definitely recommend this system to a friend!
The cats love this fountain! It's easy to clean and runs very quietly.
Easy to order and arrived quick
works well
Very easy to order and delivery was fast. Works perfectly!
Arrived in a timely fashion and it's just what I needed.
Very convenient to purchase and came in the mail quick. Been using these fountains for over 5 years with no complaints.
My sheltie has started drinking water too fast and thus would throw up regularly. I needed to change out their water bowls with ones that advertised for slowing down a dog’s drinking. Unfortunately he rejected the new bowls because of moving (rotating) disks or just too weird for him. So decided to give this one a try and immediately he started to drink from it at a controlled speed AND my baby sheltie is not afraid of it since it is very quiet. Most importantly, the bowl is shallow enough to slow their drinking. The company has not advertised it for such purpose, but it is working for my shelties!!! A winner for me and my fur babies! Best decision all around!!!
I’ve used the fountain for several years. These filters are easy to replace. My cats love the moving water.
All delivered as expected.
Very easy to assemble. I like that it is clear so I can see the water level. I use it without a plug so it runs out quicker, but it charges pretty fast. My little dog liked it right away. It's nice that he always has fresh tasty water. One thing they could do better is include at least one filter and sponge with the unit. Everybody else does.
They love the fountain…drinking lots more water.
My kitties are happy

This is an easy cleaning fountain that maintains clean water for our cats. We love the ability to provide fresh clean water daily at the demand of our cats and the ease to provide it for them.
Goes well with porcelain tray pump very quiet never know it was running.
